At the heart of the company lies the product research and development lab, where our engineering and scientific teams handle every technical stage: from product conception to documentation management. Every idea starts as a spark, the origin of a project that is refined through multiple electronic simulations and mechanical modeling tests for prototyping. From there, it moves through a series of development and processing steps until reaching the final production phase. Every step, from intuition to production, is managed in-house by Brera Medical Technologies at our headquarters in Ogliastro Cilento, Salerno.

Brera Medical Technologies products are distributed in over 40 countries, yet even today, every relationship is managed with a one-to-one approach, just as it was taught by grandfather Attilio Grattacaso and later by Gianni Grattacaso to his children Attilio and Riccardo. All of this is done without ever forgetting the roots, where the craftsmanship of Made in Italy meets research and technological innovation.
